This privacy policy applies to the NotiFy app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Gabriel31 (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not collect, transmit, or store personal notification information on external servers when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.
To function, the Application uses Android's Notification Listener Service access. This is required to intercept incoming notifications and save their metadata (such as the posting application name, title, text, subtext, timestamp, and action labels) so that you can view and search your notification history inside the Application.
All notification processing and logging stays strictly on your device. No notification content, message bodies, sender information, or app usage data is collected, stored remotely, or transmitted by the Service Provider.
The intercepted notification records are saved locally on your device in a secure SQLite (Room) database. The Application also allows you to manually export your logs (as JSON backup files or CSV/JSON/TXT exports) to your device's local storage.
These backups and exports are stored locally and are not transmitted to the Service Provider. You can clear all logs or uninstall the Application at any time to remove all saved data.
The Application queries the list of installed apps on your device only to allow you to configure which apps should have notifications logged (whitelist mode) or blocked (blacklist mode). This information is used solely for on-device app selection and local preferences.
No installed app list or configurations are transmitted, sold, or shared with third parties.
The Application stores configuration settings locally on your device, such as keyword rules (block or allow filters), logging settings, retention period configuration, and UI theme preferences.
These settings remain on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider.
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device, serve advertisements, and process purchases:
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Notification content and personal logging data remain strictly local to your device and are never shared. Third-party SDKs (Google Mobile Ads and Google Play Billing) process device identifiers and transaction data as described above to provide ad and payment functionality.

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding user privacy. Notification content and application logs are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to external servers managed by the Service Provider.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page.
